Susan’s fascination in film and television production led her to take a leap of faith after graduating from Ngee Ann Polytechnic with a Diploma in Psychology Studies. She began her journey through internships before formally honing her craft at LASALLE College of the Arts.

She is drawn to producing work that not only entertains but also encourages reflection and dialogue. Her thesis film, Trilingual Education Programme, was awarded Best Short Film (Student Category) at the Singapore Youth Film Festival 2024.

Since graduating, Susan has worked across both narrative and corporate projects, taking on roles spanning pre- to post-production. This breadth of experience has equipped her with a strong and adaptable foundation as a Producer.
