Seth Cheong is a Singaporean writer-director.

He is an alumnus of the ASEAN-ROK Film Leaders Incubator and the Singapore International Film Festival’s Southeast Asian Film Lab, where his feature project, Blue Buildings, won a Special Mention prize in 2023.

His short films have screened at numerous film festivals. Most recently, his latest, Dogma 65, screened at the International Film Festival Rotterdam 2026.
