Seth Cheong is a Singaporean writer-director and producer.

He is an alumnus of the ASEAN-ROK Film Leaders Incubator and the Singapore International Film Festival’s Southeast Asian Film Lab, where his feature project Blue Buildings received a Special Mention in 2023.

His short films have screened at numerous international film festivals. Most recently, his short film Dogma 65 screened at the International Film Festival Rotterdam in 2026.

Seth also worked as an assistant producer on Kōji Fukada’s Nagi Notes, which premiered in Competition at the 2026 Cannes Film Festival. He is currently producing Danech San’s feature film To Leave, To Stay.
